During the Software Product Summit, a wide variety of software product experts, practitioners and thought leaders come together to share their experiences, key insights, mistakes and successes. Each session highlights a specific topic, problem or opportunity relevant to your daily reality. It is intended for current and future product people from all industries, in particular managers of products in which software plays a significant role.
More than 30 distinct sessions will take place on April 17+18, so you can expect more announcements soon!
If you would like to contribute to the conference, please consider submitting a proposal by October 31, 2017. Contributors can participate in the conference for free.
The Software Product Summit is organized by ISPMA e.V., the non-profit International Software Product Management Association. ISPMA is an open non-profit association of experts, companies, and research institutes with the goal to foster software product management excellence across industries. It has more than a thousand members worldwide. ISPMA establishes software product management as a discipline in both academia and industry, and disseminates and maintains a Curriculum and a Certifiable Body of Knowledge (SPMBOK).
The SPMBOK is documented in syllabi that are the basis for training courses and certification exams. The syllabi are available for free for all members. Training courses can be offered by commercial training providers and universities. Certification exams are conducted by independent certification agencies that issue the certificates on behalf of ISPMA.
ISPMA also provides a platform for communication and exchange between its members, be it on conferences, in workshops and working groups, or on the internet.
